(Summary description)On 27-28th November, 2017 an international forum focused on digital learning was held by the National E-Learning Resource Center. Dr. Stephan Rothlin gave a speech titled “Innovative Responsible Entrepreneurship for the Common Good through Massive Open online Courses in the Chinese Context”. The topics of his speech included digital learning and the future of education, the creation of digital content, the development of Human Resources, personalized learning and teaching wisdom in the Internet Era, and digital learning practices in business. There were more than 100 participants.
