On 21 August 2021, Dr. Rothlin was invited to join the event, Social Responsibility in the Age of Climate Change: Personal, Corpoerate and Global, organized by Yale Center Beijing. Xiaojun Qian, Associate Dean of Academics at Tsinghua University’s Schwarzman College, Yi Wang, Party Secretary, Deputy Dean, and Professor at Renmin University of China, and Meng Liu, Head of the United Nations Global Compact’s China office, were joined the event and discussed together how to combat climate change and contribute to carbon neutrality along with China's targets for 2030 carbon peak and 2060 carbon neutrality. Hundreds of participants also joined the event through online access link.
