2017 Beijing International E-Learning Forum

On 27-28th November, 2017 an international forum focused on digital learning was held by the National E-Learning Resource Center. Dr. Stephan Rothlin gave a speech titled “Innovative Responsible Entrepreneurship for the Common Good through Massive Open online Courses in the Chinese Context”. The topics of his speech included digital learning and the future of education, the creation of digital content, the development of Human Resources, personalized learning and teaching wisdom in the Internet Era, and digital learning practices in business. There were more than 100 participants.

Given the successful development of our Massive Open online Course (MOOC) series Responsible Entrepreneurship and Case Study Archive (CSA), Beijing Rothlin International Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was nominated for the Award of Entrepreneur Innovator by the Swiss Chamber of Commerce. On 13th May, 2017 the Sino-Swiss Business Awards was held in Beijing. More than 350 guests attended the event, including top economic and political leaders from both Switzerland and China. The President of the Swiss Confederation, Federal Councilor Doris Leuthard, gave a keynote speech.
